How Can a Coach Help Me?

Jaisalmer, januari 2007
As a mom, you are probably a master of multitasking and making sure everything gets done. I’d also be willing to bet that you do the work of at least three people. After all, how many times have we heard, “If you want something done right,  do it yourself.” Sooner or later though, most of us learn that we really can ask for help and the world won’t come to an end.

Would you agree that your family deserves the best you have to offer? It’s a real balancing act! Can you really be your best if you are stressed, overwhelmed, and burned out? If you don’t take care of you, you can’t take care of anyone else very well, can you?  Wouldn’t it be great to have  a personal advocate who can come alongside you, support and  encourage you, and provide accountability in the areas where you need it most? This is what a coach does! It’s nothing mystical or magical, but it is incredibly empowering to have a coach in your corner to help you discover new ideas and fresh perspectives and to help you unleash your own amazing potential as a woman and as a  mom.

If you had your own coach, what changes would you make in your life or your family over the next 30 days?
