About Nikki

Nikki has been a work-at-home mom for 14 years and a homeschooling mom for 10 years. While raising and educating their two beautiful children, she has helped her husband to build a small but successful computer consulting and web design business. After working in the field of occupational therapy, Nikki has  enjoyed a couple of brief ventures into direct sales and network marketing, but she has discovered her true passion and purpose in her coaching practice.

Nikki has been involved in volunteer work in various leadership positions for organizations such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, and 4-H. She has also served as a founding member of the Board of Directors for her local homeschool support group. She loves working with the kids as well as helping parents and other adult volunteers increase their confidence and develop their own unique leadership abilities.

As a legally blind mom, Nikki has learned many valuable lessons from her own struggles and experiences homeschooling her children. She is able to understand the unique needs of the homeschooling family and how difficult it can be for  moms and dads to maintain a healthy life balance, overcome discouragement and worry, and teach all the “right” things. It’s a daunting task!

Nikki received her formal coach training from Master Coach Marion Franklin, at Life Coaching Group, and also holds a Christian Life Coach certification from New Life Coach Inc. She is currently working on completing her requirements to become accredited by the International Coach Federation.

As a coach, Nikki’s mission is to strengthen families by encouraging, empowering,  and inspiring family-focused moms such as homeschooling moms and stay-at-home moms. She loves to help other mothers discover their own unique potential, power, and purpose in life.
